Food & Wine

Your special event is also special to us. We will work with you to create a menu that not only suits your needs, it fits your budget. You can offer your guests a specialized sit-down dining menu with items you select (we will print for you) in a price range you are comfortable with. Or, your event can have food stations with self-serving platters both hot and/or cold dishes. You may chose a menu options from our Catering menus, or a more personal touch, our Chef David can create a menu of selections which may include offerings from our seasonal specials.

For your wine needs, our Wine Director can put together wine choices that match with your menu selections. We can also create a special wine list with selected vintages from our wine list, or wine specials list. We can pour by the glass or set up a wine station with bartender. If you would like, we can offer a full bar set up to include hard liquor and beer.

Both David and our Wine Director, Kenneth Frost, are available to help host your event and offer their insight on the menu selections and matching wines. Both are gifted, entertaining speakers and can add a special touch to your event.
