Chaad Thomas, Wine Director "I want to excite you!" That is my simple motto. It is what guides everything I do at Paesano's, from selecting wines for weekly specials to making dinner recommendations. I want to share my enthusiasm for the world of Italian wines. Having been in the restaurant industry for over 14 years, and having served and sold wines from around the world, I can say with surety that I have never been as thrilled as I am now by Italian wines. Over the years, I've had the privilege of traveling across Italy, tasting wines from the Alpine north to the desert south, and I'm fully convinced that no nation on Earth can provide the range of wine styles Italy can. Literally, Italy has a wine for every taste, from sweet sparkling reds to bone dry whites. It is my pleasure to share my insights with you, and I am available most evenings, so don't hesitate to ask for me.
